Big Bertha Foundation Scholarship Program
The Big Bertha Foundation is proud to offer $500 scholarships to students who demonstrate financial need, determination, and a passion for creating a better future.
Our mission is to support students who may not otherwise have access to educational opportunities due to financial hardship.
Prior to applying, please make sure you have a Google/Gmail account so you can upload required documents such as your essay and additional documentation.

Eligibility
Requirements
Applicants must:

Be a current high school senior student or college student.

Demonstrate financial need or inability to afford tuition, books, school fees, or other educational expenses.

Plan to attend or currently attend a college, university, trade school, certification program, or early college program.

Complete at least one volunteer activity with the Big Bertha Foundation.

Submit a 1–2 page essay responding to one of the approved prompts.

Submit the application before the stated deadline.

Proof of enrollment or acceptance letter at institution

Copy of student ID (optional)

Transcript or unofficial grades

One letter of recommendation from a teacher, mentor, counselor, coach, employer, or community leader

Proof of financial hardship (optional and confidential)
Volunteer Requirements
All applicants must complete at least one approved volunteer activity through the Big Bertha Foundation before receiving the scholarship, such as:
